Danone growing in the first quarter: +4,3%

Danone closed the first quarter with sales up 4,3% to 5,338 billion euros. This was communicated by the company, indicating how the results are characterized by different regional performances divided between a fall in Europe and a good performance in emerging markets with the boom in demand for baby milk in China which supported the quarter. For 2013, the French group confirms its targets with a growth of at least 5% in sales and a drop from 0,3 to 0,5% in the operating margin.
