Il HLD Group invests in S3K – Security of the Third Millenium Spa in the area of cyber-security, acquiring the majority of the group (about 60%). In 2020, S3K produced a turnover of over 60 million euros, with the aim of reaching 100 million by the end of 2022.
Specifically, S3K has implemented an industrial and corporate model specialized in the integrated services segment of cyber-security, in order to support public and private companies in the definition and implementation of their security strategies, with an integrated and multidisciplinary approach. With this project, S3K will be able to implement a campaign of successive acquisitions to further enrich the range of specialized skills and services offered.
Thanks to a very wide range of services, in a security "one-stop-shop" perspective, S3K serves numerous public and private companies in various sectors, from TLC to Industry, from Defense to Finance, from Energy to Healthcare, from Public Administration to Fashion & Luxury or the critical infrastructure sector.
