Inso, controlled by the Condotte Group, was awarded the contract the contract for the construction of the Skopje polyclinic. The tender, called by the Macedonian Ministry of Health and financed by the CEB (Council of Europe Development Bank), involves the construction of a new general hospital with 855 beds, the construction of a building dedicated to laboratories and the renovation of the existing operating block. The value of the contract is approximately 73 million Euros.

The work is expected to start in the third quarter of this year, it will take four years to complete the works. In the Balkan area, Inso has also built the new "Mother Teresa" university hospital in Tirana (Albania) and in Serbia, the 500-bed hospital in Nis, financed by the EIB (European Investment Bank), is nearing completion. In Romania, Condotte is building three motorway lots for an investment of almost 300 million Euros. In Greece, moreover, Inso has built twenty-one hospital structures since 1994 and is currently engaged in the design, construction and supply of medical equipment for the "Ahepa" hospital in Thessaloniki.

Lastly, the Group is already present in Macedonia where it is building four “mini-hydro” plants for a total installed capacity of 7,6 MW, with a twenty-year concession for the sale of the electricity produced.
