
FIRSTonline is an independent web journal of economics, finance and stock exchange published by the publishing company “AL Initiatives Publishing Srl“, with registered office in Rome, in via Ovidio, 20. Founded and controlled by Ernesto Auci e Franco Locatelli, is owned by three minority shareholders: the heirs of Andrea Gilardoni, Alexander Pavesi e Laura Rovizzi. The site and its applications are created on a daily basis by two agile editorial offices – one in Milan and one in Rome – and by an innovative and effective team of innovation and web managers.
Ernesto Auci

Born in Rome on 9 February 1946, he became a professional journalist in 1970. Franco Locatelli

Founding partner, administrator and managing director of FIRSTonline. Milanese by birth, he has always worked between Milan and Rome. Economist, expert in strategies for the development of innovative services and in the regulation of the electronic communications sectors. She worked in Olivetti, Omnitel, Enel e Wind, where she has long been responsible for the internet and multimedia activities and the portal Open admission. She was a member of the Superior Council of Communications. She is currently she is a partner of Open Gate Italy, a company specializing in institutional and regulatory consultancy for the ICT and Media sector.
Alexander Pavesi

Milanese, studied law, he was Head of the Group's Press Office Pirelli, from the Italian Credit,Olivetti, Director of Communications of Ina Assitalia and Head of External Relations of the Italian Stock Exchange until 2009. He was press officer and spokesperson for the Secretary of the Treasury Piero Barucci in the Amato and Ciampi governments from 1992 to 1994. From 2008 to 2013 he was President of the Communication Commission of theItalian motor racing. Graduate Computer engineering, manages the web production of FIRSTonline.
