Cherry Bank renews its board of directors. Leading the new team as Marina Natale will be president, former manager of Unicredit and former CEO of Amco.

The shareholders' meeting of the wealth management and corporate & investment banking company approved the renewal. The new board, which will remain in office until the approval of the 2028 financial statements, approved the list presented by the majority shareholder, as well as CEO of Cherry Bank, John Bossi. The primary objective is to approve the new industrial plan as early as this spring.
The new board of directors will therefore be composed of: Marina Natale, Giovanni Bossi, Gabriele Piccolo, Samuele Butturini, Pietro Caliceti, Elisa Cavezzali, Francesca Maderna, Federico Sforza, Marina Vienna.
