Cdp: the Graduate program for young talents is underway

The CDP group has launched the new selection program. The first 15 new graduates who will be hired on a fixed-term basis have already been selected.

Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (Cdp) has launched a new selection and hiring program for young talents to join the Group. The first 15 new graduates have already been given a letter of commitment to be hired with a one-year fixed-term contract and with the opportunity to grow within the companies and large companies owned by the CDP Group.

The "Graduate Program" saw the participation of 1.800 candidates. It's about young graduates in economics and management engineering who will have the opportunity to enjoy highly educational work experience for one year, broken down as follows: two initial weeks of an introductory course on the Group and its activities, to which a further period of training will be added during the year; inclusion within an organizational structure of the Parent Company and, subsequently, four months of job rotation in the CDP world.

After an initial screening, 300 young people took part in a tight selection process that lasted a month, getting involved through digital business games, online assessments and video interviews. The 60 selected then participated in the three final events in the Rome and Milan offices where, after a series of role plays and individual interviews, the 15 were chosen who, together with the last test carried out, received the letters of commitment to the hiring.

Within the CDP Group, young people will be able to increase their technical-specialist and transversal skills and cover roles in the main sectors that promote the country's economic and sustainable development, including finance, business, infrastructure, equity and international cooperation.
