“After an extraordinary journey of 28 years of driving Campari's growth Group, Paolo Marchesini, by mutual agreement with the company, leaves the responsibilities of chief financial and operating officer to take on a strategic supervision role as vice president of the board of directors of Davide Campari-Milano NV, of which he is currently a member, his appointment having been renewed during the Shareholders' Meeting of 16 April 2025 for a period three-year term expiring in 2028“, reads a note released by the group.

Francesco Mele, The former CEO of CDP Equity (the holding company wholly owned by CDP), who first came into contact with Campari Group in 2003 as a member of the Goldman Sachs team involved in the acquisition of Aperol, said he was “thrilled to join Campari Group” in the role of CFO.
