In a note, Cucinelli recalls that the normalized operating profit neutralizes the extraordinary provision of 8,1 million to cover potential losses on trade receivables from Saks Global Holdings LLC, following the U.S. group's voluntary initiation of reorganization proceedings under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Operating profit, including this extraordinary provision, amounted to €227,8 million (a margin of 16,2%), up 7,6% compared to the previous year.
Double-digit increase forr net profit, which grew by 10,5% to 142 million. The consensus was around 137 million.
The note highlights that the Fashion House has completed, six months ahead of the originally planned timeframe, the plan to strengthen its production structure, with the substantial doubling of the Solomeo factory and the completion of two new factories in Penne and Gubbio. During the financial year, 146,2 million euros were invested, bringing the ratio of investments to revenues to an "extraordinary" level of 10,4%.
Cucinelli: dividend of 1,04 euros per share
By virtue of the results achieved, the board of directors will propose to the next shareholders' meeting, which will be held in a single call on 23 April 2026, to resolve on the distribution of a dividend, relating to the 2025 financial year, equal to € 1,04 per share (before any legal withholdings), up from 94 cents last year.
