Benetton, the cousins create the new Revo holding. Here are the holdings

Easter tidying up at Benetton. The cousins of Gilberto and Giuliana's branch have decided to create a new holding company which will be called Revo. The company will manage financial investments on the one hand and real estate investments on the other, reports MF.

50% to Sabrina's Regia safe. The guide to Ermanno Boffa

50% of the new company will be Regia, the safe of the branch Gilberto (the founder passed away in 2018) which belongs to Sabrina Benetton, the second child, together with her sister Barbara and her mother Laura Pasquotti. On the other there are Daniela and Carlo Bertagnin Benetton, third and fourth child of the founder respectively Giuliana Benetton and the entrepreneur from Treviso Fioravante Bertagnin. These participate in Revo with one equal share of 25% through the holdings born from the split of Evoluzione: Evolution 4 and Evolution 11.

President and CEO of Revo is Ermanno Boffa, husband of Sabrina Benetton, who is also chief executive officer of Regia and, representing the Gilberto branch, sits on the board of Edizione, alongside Carlo who represents his mother and sisters in Edizione.

The birth in 2021 of the various Editions

In 2021 Giuliana Benetton wanted to ensure the orderly passage of his assets to the second generation, represented by Paola (1958), Daniela (1969), Franca (1968) and Carlo (1971). Thus were born Evoluzione 1 di Paola, Evoluzione 2 di Franca, Evoluzione 3 di Daniela and Evoluzione 4 di Carlo, safes which in some cases have changed names and which each hold 5% of Edizione (Regia on the other hand has 20%). The latter is the great safe of the entire large Venetian family that since 1981 has been at the head of a financial empire that ranges from the infrastructure businesses of Mundys to the duty-free catering of Avolta and from Benetton clothing to the TLC towers of Cellnex, the shareholdings in Generali and Mediobanca, the properties of Edizione Property and the agricultural land of Maccarese.
