Zucchi: net financial debt drops to 118,5 million

The net financial debt of Vincenzo Zucchi Spa is equal to 118,5 million euros, a decrease compared to the 126,5 million euros of December 31, 2010. The group communicated it in compliance with the Consob request of June 16, 2010. "Current financial debt - specifies a note - includes 44.312 thousand euros relating to the loan granted by a syndicate of banks which, in the debt restructuring agreement signed with the banks on 13 June, is regulated as medium-term consolidated debt long term". The first single shareholder of the company is Gianluigi Buffon, goalkeeper of the Italian national football team, who in June 2010 invested around 3 million euros, thus coming to hold 11,59% of the historic Lombard company.
