Zucchi in evidence in Piazza Affari after the announcement of the agreement with the creditor banks for the restructuring of the debt. The company's stock entered the volatility auction when it gained more than 14% a 0,0439 EUR. Last Wednesday Zucchi announced "the signing of a bank debt restructuring agreement which was joined by the pool of creditor banks made up of Unicredit, Intesa Sanpaolo, Banca Popolare di Milano, Banca Popolare di Bergamo, as well as Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, Astrance Capital , GB Holding and Gianluigi Buffon”.

The agreement envisages, among other things, a capital increase of 10 million “reserved for GBH, i.e. for a newly established company which will be controlled by the French Astrance and also owned by GBH for a minority stake and in which the stake held by GBH in Zucchi has been transferred”. The transaction will therefore lead Astrance to indirectly acquire control of Zucchi.
