In trouble since the opening of negotiations, Yoox lost more than 2% in Piazza Affari at 30,65 euros.
Yoox is subject to realizations after the year-end rally. Today, however, the indications contained in the internal dealing communication gave the input to the sales. According to this note, on 10 January Federico Marchetti, chairman and managing director of the group, sold 250.000 shares of the company he founded. The sale took place at a price of 31,2 euros per share. The total value was 7,8 million euros.
