XXI edition of the Italian-Russian task force in Macerata: the role of law in the partnership on SMEs

A technical seminar for comparison between companies, professionals and jurists - The appointment is for Tuesday 23 October at 17 in the Law department of the University of Macerata - An opportunity to discuss the legal critical issues connected to investments in the Russian Federation.

The way out of the economic crisis can also pass through the Russian Federation. Leveraging on intense diplomatic relations and on an ever-increasing commercial exchange, the Italian-Russian task force on districts and SMEs can act as a driving force to consolidate the presence of smaller Italian companies in Russia. For its XXI edition, the attention dedicated to districts and SMEs will see the Marche region as protagonist. The technical seminar will also be held within a detailed program of meetings "Legal aspects and regulatory framework in partnership relationships", an important moment of confrontation between companies, professionals and jurists.

The opening of the works, scheduled for 17 of Tuesday 23 October at the Aula Magna of the Law Department of the University of Macerata, will be coordinated by Francesca Spigarelli, professor of Political Economy. Donatella Romozzi of the Marche Region will start. Afterwards, the participants will have the opportunity to listen to the direct testimony of Cristiano Venturini, Finance Operations Team Manager of the Guzzini lighting company. Specific solutions for overcoming the obstacles that companies may encounter in the territory of the Federation will be addressed by Armando Ambrosio representative of the Russia Desk of Studio Franzosi, Dal Negro, Setti. Fulvio Fati Pozzodivalle, from Studio Lawyers & Consultants, will examine the advantages and critical points in the development of mixed companies. Vittorio Torrembini, of Unimpresa, will describe the opportunities offered by the Special Economic Zones, while Elisabetta Muscolo, of Invitalia, will illustrate the support guaranteed by the various and multiple Italian public institutions.
