The Montepaschi group's online bank aims to double the number of financial advisors with incentive programs - Objective: to consolidate the network structure and double the value of assets under management

Widiba (Banca Mps) looking for personal advisors

Widiba, the new bank of the Montepaschi group, aims to double the number of its promoters and more than double the value of assets under management. The current 600 financial advisors arrived with the transfer of the company branch by Banca MPS last December.

There are three directions key to growth: the launch of a incentive program to reward its personal advisors; The consolidation of the network structure of distribution with a streamlined governance chain consisting of only two levels; a recruitment campaign of new figures on the market to complete and strengthen the presence on the territory.
Today Widiba invests in Personal Advisors who were the first to believe in the new project with the No Ordinary Program: a path of sharing individual objectives, territorial areas and the bank which aims to make the current commission schemes evolve. A 5-year program, which provides for a multiplier of Personal Advisor commissions based on the continuity of the relationship and the results achieved, and a final "super bonus" based on the productivity of each territorial area.

The team of area manager of Widiba is constantly growing and today it counts 12 professionals, thanks to the recent appointment of two new managers: Roberto Di Mario, Area Manager for Lombardy and Triveneto, comes from the MPS network, where he already held important managerial positions; Paolo Campagnucci, Area Manager for Liguria and Piedmont, also a manager from the MPS network with 25 years of experience, previously active in Lazio. Following the new appointments Roberto Sestili, already Area Manager for Sardinia, will manage the resources previously under the responsibility of Paolo Campagnucci.

Also continues the recruitment plan on the network envisaged in the business plan, which has the objective of reaching a target of 1.000 financial advisors over the three-year period. Widiba intends to pursue growth objectives - both in terms of the number of promoters involved and to increase the value of assets under management - by focusing on three distinct targets: "junior" promoters, young professionals with a spirit of initiative and great potential who have recently are entering the world of financial advice; the "senior" professionals, already recognized by the market and able to immediately bring added value and knowledge of the territory, even at managerial levels; professionals from the banking world, educated in a different sector but willing to get involved and seize new opportunities.
