Glasses of wine, treasure hunt, guided tours of the historic cellar, live music and a total white candlelit dinner under the firmament. The traditional summer event, the White Night under the Stars, returns on Wednesday 14 August at the Fattoria dei Barbi, the evening event - and by reservation - in the name of a suggestive single-color dinner, from the dress code to the menu, candles and atmosphere, inevitable glasses of wines from Fattoria dei Barbi, live music, a treasure hunt among the trees centuries-old and itinerant visits by candlelight to the Historic Cellar.
Organized on the occasion of the annual Goblets of Stars initiative of the Wine Tourism Movement, the White Night under the Stars will start at 18 pm at the Fattoria dei Barbi – in Loc. Podernovi 00 in Montalcino (SI) – with an exciting treasure hunt among the centuries-old trees of the Villa's garden. Followed (170 pm) aperitif and outdoor candlelit dinner by Taverna dei Barbi, with a strictly white dress code, both for guests and for the specialties on the menu. Live music is inevitable and in the glasses, the wines of the historic Chinese cellar, from the iconic Brunello di Montalcino to the wines of the Tenuta Aquilaia dei Barbi in Maremma.
After dinner we continue with the candlelit itinerant visits to the Cantina Storiche, while for shopping enthusiasts, the sales point remains available for the entire duration of the event (until 01:00).
