WhatsApp doesn't work. The popular instant messaging app hasn't been working for almost an hour. A problem that does not only concern Italy, but which involves many European countries. Many are unable to access the service, while others are logged in and unable to send messages or multimedia files.
As per tradition, using the hashtag #whatsappdown thousands and thousands of users are reporting malfunctions on Facebook and Twitter.
The cause, according to what we learn, would be a server problem.
At the moment WhatsApp doesn't work in Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Austria, France, and the Netherlands, but also in some Asian countries, especially Malaysia and Indonesia.
