The bank and the association of industrialists are committed to promoting the most innovative corporate welfare services among companies in the Brescia area

Corporate welfare: agreement between Ubi and industrialists from Brescia

Ubi Banca and the Brescian Industrial Association (AIB) have signed a memorandum of understanding on corporate welfare. The collaboration between the credit institution and the industrial association aims at a double objective: to increase the well-being of employees while improving productivity at the same time. Results to be achieved thanks to new innovative solutions typical of second-level systems.

Associazione Industriale Bresciana launched the "Welfare with us" service last year as part of its activity aimed at representing the interests and needs of the leading companies in the economic fabric of one of the most productive areas of the country. During the first year of the launch of the UBI Welfare division, UBI Banca signed agreements with numerous employers' and local associations in various sectors and areas of the country, which make it possible to reach a total pool of over 17 thousand businesses, including large, medium and small .

The credit institution places the valorisation of the area at the center of its offer, aimed at companies and their employees, understood as a proximity network where companies and third sector operators can provide services thus expanding their market basin.

“The agreement – he says Roberto Zini, Vice President of Labour, Industrial Relations and Welfare of AIB – represents a further opportunity to facilitate member companies, as part of our “Welfare with us” service, in starting and managing good practices in favor of their employees. This is a new way to invest in human resources and involve them in the company mission, functional to increase the level of innovation and competitiveness of the company and at the same time favor the development of good internal relations, with mutual benefit for companies and workers”.

“This partnership – he says Rossella Leidi, Deputy General Manager and Chief Wealth & Welfare Officer of UBI Banca – represents a decisive step for UBI Banca's strategy in spreading best practices and the corporate welfare culture among businesses. In the Brescia area, where the Bank is historically rooted, many companies have already adopted a form of welfare and thanks to the synergy between the entrepreneurial association and our credit institution, they can have innovative tools at their disposal to improve the productivity and well-being of workers ”.
