Webranking: Italian companies dominate in Europe

In the ranking of digital communication created by the consultancy firms Comprend and Lundquist, the first 5 positions out of 500 are occupied by Italian companies: Terna is first, followed by Snam, Eni, Generali and Poste and many others

Among the European companies listed on the Stock Exchange, the Italians win hands down for the quality and transparency of the digital communication. This is certified by a research on webranking carried out by the consultancy companies Comprend and Lundquist. The ranking, which comprises 500 companies from the Old Continent, see the first five positions occupied by groups from our country.

The gold medal goes to Terna, the company that manages the electricity grid in our country, leads the ranking with 92,1 points out of 100. In second place is instead Snam, with 91.4 points, just ahead of Eni, at 86.3. Just off the podium, Generali e Poste Italiane, tied with 85,3 points.

The first non-Italian company arrives in sixth position: it is the Swiss TLC Swisscom (80.6 points). In the next box, however, our country strikes another blow with the Bolognese multiutility Ivy, which ranks sixth with 82.2 points.

But that's not all: there is still a lot of Italy in the European ranking of digital communication. In ninth position we find Italgas, paired with the Finnish Wärtsilä at an altitude of 81,4. It follows at a short distance Leonardo, which ranks eleventh with 79.6 points.

They complete the Italian dominance in the top 20 Amplifon (thirteenth with 77,4 points) e Mediobanca (sixteenth with 70,8). Banca Ifis was awarded the title of Best Improver as an "industry revelation" among the best Star companies.

In 24th place there is Prysmian (69 points), which slightly precedes the two main banks of our country: Intesa Sanpaolo e Unicredit, respectively in 28th and 30th place with 65,9 and 64,9 points.

Scrolling down the ranking again, we find Moncler in box number 67 (with 56,9 points) ed Enel at 91 (at 52.8). Enter the European top-100 also Telecom Italy, which ranks 97th with 52.4 points.
