Volvo, Fitch raises rating from BBB- to BBB

From time to time there is also good news from the rating agencies. Volvo noticed this, even having its vote raised by Fitch. The rating has moved from 'BBB-' to 'BBB', with the outlook still stable. For once, instead of a downgrade, we are talking about an upgrade, a result that the Swedish car manufacturer achieved thanks to the solid recovery recorded in the demand for heavy vehicles on the US and European markets. However, the American agency chose the path of caution, specifying that "the economic conditions are not yet at pre-crisis levels and new turbulence could weaken the sales of heavy vehicles".
