Voluntary disclosure: tax blacklist

The tax authorities are drawing up a black list of 13 suspect taxpayers. Il Sole 24 Ore writes it today, specifying that they would mostly be natural persons. Subjects who would have had the opportunity to adhere to the voluntary disclosure, but have chosen not to do so and so far have not even moved to re-enter the bis edition of the capital repatriation procedure.

The Revenue Agency explains that these control activities were carried out above all thanks to the agreements entered into by Italy with states that until recently were considered uncooperative, such as Switzerland, the Principality of Monaco and Liechtenstein.

The general commander of the Guardia di Finanza, Giorgio Toschi, at the celebrations in L'Aquila for the 243rd anniversary of the corps, recalled that, since the beginning of the year, the Fiamme Gialle have tracked down 339 cases of international tax evasion, 67% more than same time last year.
