SCUDETTO RACE - Bianconeri shaken after the shock draw at home with Lecce, which reopened the league's fortunes - Another misstep could cost dearly, even if the calendar is more demanding for Milan who will have to contend with the Nerazzurri in theory in the derby still in contention for a place in the Champions League.

SCUDETTO FLYING – Juve challenge Cagliari already safe and support Inter in the derby della Madonnina

HERE JUVE

The day after Lecce is tough, but not enough to scratch the enthusiasm of the Juventus people. Those who expected a sad and desolate Vinovo were disappointed, indeed very disappointed. When the team met at the Juventus Center (11 am), hundreds of fans welcomed them, all cheering and confident for the end of the season. Right, because after all the Old Lady is still up there at the top and taking her down won't be easy. The calendar then authorizes optimism, also because, in the various tables, the match against Lecce was the one considered "most at risk", if only because the Apulians had to get a result. Cagliari and Atalanta, on the other hand, are already safe, so the pitfalls inevitably decrease. But Antonio Conte doesn't trust him: he has already been an interested witness to championships that seemed won and then vanished into thin air. That's why yesterday morning the Juventus coach had his usual training session carried out at a rapid pace: the players employed against Lecce recovered with the classic wind-down, while the others worked regularly. The first to show up at the Juventus Center was Buffon, in these hours at the center of a small personal drama. Even for a "normal" goalkeeper it would be difficult to accept a mistake like this, let alone for the best. But what torments Gigi is not so much the personal matter, but the awareness of having complicated Juve's championship race, he who in 2006, fresh world champion, decided to stay on the boat in full Calciopoli storm. Juventus fans remember him well, which is why Buffon was applauded for a long time yesterday, just like at the Juventus Stadium. On Sunday evening at the Nereo Rocco in Trieste (by the way, it will be played at 20.45pm, at the same time as the Milan derby) a compact and concentrated Juve will be needed. A Juve that cannot ignore its number one.

HERE MILAN

Now it's getting serious. At Milan they will never admit it, but before Wednesday evening few believed in the Scudetto. However, Juve's draw changed the standings and perhaps the history of this championship. Now the Rossoneri are just one point behind the leaders, a condition which is not enough to guarantee the Italian flag, but which at least obliges them to win the remaining matches. Milan know it won't be easy, but they don't want to have any regrets, starting with Sunday evening's derby. Allegri hopes to recover Thiago Silva, who however also trained separately yesterday, as did Pato. But yesterday was not just the classic field day; in Milan, in Palazzo Giureconsulti, the presentation of the Rossonero Sponsor Day was held, which was attended by Adriano Galliani. After talking about future plans to increase revenues ("Waiting for a future stadium that can make us increase revenues, if we want to reach the big European clubs we can only improve the commercial sector"), the Rossoneri CEO delved into the players: “When Lecce scored I was in the locker room, and hearing the roar of the San Siro I feared it was a hoax, but luckily it was all true. Now we will try to win both games that remain and then we will see what happens. I'm not guessing, I don't know who will win the scudetto, we were good at never giving up, not even when everything seemed decided". Galliani then reiterated his absolute loyalty to Allegri: “Since he arrived with us we are very first, I have nothing to attribute to him. We are not struggling, I don't understand where the effort lies: we won the Scudetto a year ago, we are one point behind Juventus and we have won 159 in two years, I don't understand where the problem is". The Milan CEO then closed with the umpteenth reference to Muntari's ghost goal, a real catchphrase of the season: "In the end we'll see how decisive it was, but in the meantime, not to forget, I put the image as the background of the my mobile. I also have Robinho's (in Catania, ed), but I look at the other one more often”.
