Vogue Fashion's Night Out: open shops and many cultural events in Rome on Thursday evening

After the great success of the Milanese appointment on 8 September, now it's Rome's turn: Vogue Fashion's Night Out makes its debut in the capital on Thursday 15 September, with a calendar full of appointments not to be missed in the downtown boutiques, showcases of made in Italy, expression of Italian fashion in the world.

The VFNO first signs a partnership with the art world: it starts from via Margutta where the award ceremony of the Red Passion Prize will be held: Campari together with Franca Sozzani and the mayor of Rome Gianni Alemanno will deliver the prestigious award to three ambassadors of Italian passion in the world: the master Dante Ferretti, Elio Germano and the beautiful Bianca Balti.

For art lovers there will be the opportunity to visit the galleries in via Margutta until 23pm, at the Galleria Valentina Moncada you can attend the personal exhibition of the great fashion photographers Joseph Leombruno and Jack Bodi, but also the unmissable exhibition Todo o Nada by the photographer Mario Testino set up at Palazzo Ruspoli and the Exhibition of Masterpieces of Embroidery and Chinese Tricot at the Alberto Sordi Gallery.

Obviously many boutiques that will take advantage of the Vogue night to transform themselves into mini-galleries: ranging from Co' in via Vittoria (with a photographic exhibition on Roman sweet life), to Antonacci in via del Babuino (with an exhibition of paintings) . But also Fusion Food in via Angelo Brunetti, the performance in the garden-boutique of Eva-Ketty di Porto da Gattinoni in via Sistina and an exhibition dedicated to Vogue at Bottega Margutta - where period front pages will be on display of the magazine.

There will be music, in the notes of the numerous DJ sets, from Blumarine (which opens a new store) to Versace, from Louis Vuitton to Guess and Diesel, the musical stimuli will be many and will be added to the on-air ones of Dimensione Suono Roma, voice VFNO officer.

Many shops have participated, offering limited edition garments and accessories, made especially for the event, by Marella who, together with Filippa Lagerback, has created a 'think positive' t-shirt, sold in the boutique in via Frattina, the with golden case by Elisabetta Franchi, the proceeds of which will go to the Italian Red Cross, as well as the items sold by the Artisans association of via dell'Orso and adjacent streets, which will also host a tasting of wines and typical products. Also at the Nespresso White Party, in Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina, part of the proceeds from the sale of the Lattissima+ Special Edition, an elegant total white pochette, will be donated to the CRI for the purchase of a prepartum ultrasound machine to be used in the Mission of the Corno d' Africa.
