We finally have a flat rate for mobile phones as well, and not just landline or internet.
The first flat offer arrived from Vodafone just yesterday.
Stefano Gasaut, mobile consumer director of Vodafone Italy, he explains on the Repubblica website, speaking of customers' fear of a rip-off: “It's true that this mistrust exists. It is no coincidence that we have called these new rates "Relax", and the subtitle is "No surprises". Going beyond the slogans, we have decided to abandon the "the more you consume, the more you pay" logic to offer the customer a truly flat trilogy of tariffs, with no hidden deceptions".
These rates will be available for new and old subscriptions (corporate and otherwise) and will soon be available for rechargeable too.
The new "Relax" flat rate will make unlimited calls and text messages available to all operators, and rates from 1 to 5 GB per month will be available for data traffic. If you run out of data traffic, you can buy more traffic, without activating consumption rates.
To activate the new "Relax" tariff, you can go to a Vodafone shop, or download the application on your smartphone.
