The French group purchased other Telecom shares at the end of the year, equal to around 0,86% of the capital.
At the end of the year, Vivendi bought new Telecom Italia shares. With ten purchase operations carried out between 16 and 30 December 2015, the French group acquired 116,1 million shares, for a value of 134,1 million euros.
This is approximately 0,86% of Telecom Italia's share capital, which brings Vivendi's stake to 21,4%. The transactions emerged from Borsa Italiana's communications on internal dealing.
