Vinoforum, the taste event dedicated to the country's wine-growing and gastronomic excellences, a mix of wines and great cuisine, entertainment and information, which has passed the 20-year mark with ever-increasing success, sets itself ambitious goals in its 21st edition. The event which will be held in Rome from 17 to 23 June will have as its backdrop one of the most prestigious locations in the world: the Circus Maximus. The announcement was made during the presentation press conference by Emiliano De Venuti, organizer of the event who explained that the choice of the Circus Maximus as the stage for the new edition is part of a project that Vinòforum shares with local institutions and which sees Lazio becoming a strategic hub for a sector which - in Rome alone - has over 40 thousand businesses across agriculture, industry, distribution and catering. With Vinòforum, the Circus Maximus will not only become a unique place for the promotion of the excellence of the territory and of all Made in Italy products but will be part of a perspective of enjoyment and promotion of the Capitoline tourist offer".

The last edition was visited by 46.500 sector operators, journalists and food lovers
The past edition of Vinoforum recorded important numbers: in the 10 days of the 2023 event which occupied an area of 15.000 square metres, and was visited by 46.500 sector operators, journalists, food lovers who interfaced with 903 exhibiting companies, there were 2500 wines were given for tasting. In the five hundred events that took place during the event, 50 Italian chefs were involved, 88 free EVO spirits oil tasting courses were registered, 30 wine top castings, 40 food shows, 20 food talks for Rome Food experience, 20 temporary restaurants
