Vetrya, the Italian group recognized leader in the development of digital services, cloud computing platforms, application solutions and broadband services presents the results of the 2018 Social Report. Now in its fourth consecutive edition, confirming the Group's constant attention to transparency and reliability , the publication analytically reports the economic, social and environmental results achieved by the Company, which confirm the orientation towards a sustainable, positive and confident development in the future. A development that passes both through strategic and commercial policies and through the sharing of the Group's founding values ​​with the entire ecosystem in which it is rooted: from workers to customers, from shareholders to suppliers, passing through institutions and the whole territory.

“2017 was an intense year, full of great satisfactions and changes for Vetrya – say the co-founders, the President and CEO Luca Tomassini and the General Manager Katia Sagrafena, in the presentation letter – In an accelerated and constantly evolving world, we have embarked on a new fascinating journey aimed at stimulating ideas and enhancing the talent of young people, all within a framework of strong ties with the local area. Because progress coincides with a higher quality of life for everyone and the digital age does not represent the end of humanity at all, but a way to reconquer it." ECONOMIC DIMENSION

In 2017 Vetrya achieved a growth in the value of production mainly attributable to an increase in revenues achieved through the increase in projects, innovative services and customers. In particular:

• Production value of €60,69 million, constantly increasing over previous years.

• Consolidated EBITDA rises to € 6,76 million, recording an increase of +21,8% compared to 5,55 million in 2016.

SOCIAL DIMENSION

The idea of ​​innovation in Vetrya rests on four pillars:

• Build an active relationship with your customers, based on mutual trust;

• Generate and continuously share skills capable of stimulating growth through innovative ideas and solutions;

• Investing in the talent of young people, the main incubators of innovation, through listening, valorisation and constant support;

• Develop and consolidate an organization aimed at bringing out the real value of the individual person in its entirety.

The heart of Vetrya are people: employees represent the fundamental resource to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives. People are in turn an integral part of a territory, of a social context, of a history: initiatives aimed at enhancing the territorial context and its artistic, historical and cultural excellence have multiplied. In particular:

• The inauguration in February 2018 of the Vetrya Corporate Campus – Body B, as an innovative place for integrating and sharing Vetrya's experience and philosophy with the local community;

• The organization in October 2017 of a football tournament, as part of the Sports Around The World project promoted by the city of Orvieto, in which high school students from Orvieto took part, as well as asylum-seeking children staying at the Villanova facility , the Civil Defence, the Fire Brigade and Vetrya employees.

• The birth, in collaboration with the Luca and Katia Tomassini Foundation, of the Library and of the contextual book sharing and reading promotion initiatives

• The creation of the Vetrya Academy, the Group's school of innovation which aims to develop training courses and research projects for professionals, the first initiative of which consists of a Summer School dedicated to young graduates who intend to pursue a career in digital .

ENVIRONMENTAL DIMENSION

Vetrya's business choices are fundamentally oriented towards environmental sustainability criteria, with a view to eco-compatible growth based on technologies that reduce the impact on the planet and reduce waste of all kinds. The entire structure of the Vetrya Corporate Campus has been designed with precise attention to the aspect of energy saving. From the architectural aspects, to the choice of materials, up to the design of the systems, everything has been devoted to achieving objectives of minimum environmental impact.

Vetrya not only consumes energy, but also engages in generating it. In fact, it has a photovoltaic system which in 2017 allowed the production of 26.557 kWh of energy, of which 841 were sold. Furthermore, it is equipped with a concentrated solar water heating system, which allows heating of 1.600 liters of hot water per day. The social report is available on the company's website.
