Vetrya: agreement with Telenor for digital mobile payment services

Vetrya, a group active in the development of digital services, cloud computing platforms, application solutions and broadband services, has announced the signing of a contract with Telenor, the largest Norwegian TLC company active in 13 countries, for over 170 million customers worldwide .

The agreement, signed through the company Vetrya Asia Pacific, will make it possible to extend the range of digital services of the group in India, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Serbia, Montenegro, Hungary, Bulgaria, Thailand, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Burma.

“Our commitment to enhancing the Vetrya offer and creating value for customers and shareholders continues. In fact, the agreement with Telenor extends the number of potential customers and widens the geographic areas of interest. The agreement, in line with the strategic plan, confirms the internationalization policy which, by nature, will see the results evident in 2019” declared Luca Tomassini, president and CEO of the Vetrya group.

On the Ftse Aim Italia, the Vetrya share gains 0,86%.
