Pierluigi Bolla is the new president of Veneto Banca. The entrepreneur from Verona succeeds Professor Francesco Favotto, who resigned for health reasons and was replaced on a temporary basis by the deputy Alessandro Vardanega.

Until this morning the most popular name seemed to be that of Vardanega himself, followed by the lawyer Benvenuto and Pierluigi Bolla. The board of directors therefore preferred the latter.
