The capital of Veneto Bank will be almost completely in the hands of Atlas Fund. After the bankruptcy capital increase, in fact, the Fund led by Alessandro Penati is ready to subscribe the institute's unplaced shares, thus rising to a share of 97,64% of the bank's capital.
Taking into account the revocations, in fact, 98,86% of the value of theincrease it is currently not placed: a failure, this, which cost the Venetian bank the entrance to Piazza Affari.
Quaestio Capital Management, which manages the Atlante fund, will subscribe today for 9.885.823.295 newly issued ordinary shares of the Bank at a unit price of €0,10 for a total value of €988.582.329,50.
