Black Friday for transport, with inconvenience both for those who use public transport and for those who travel by planeor. Today, the members of the basic trade union union are crossing their arms, who stop for 24 hours to protest against the agreement on the renewal of the contract of the bus and tram drivers reached last April. Demonstrations and assemblies will also take place in the main cities. The ground and flight workers of Alitalia, and those of SEA at Milan Linate and Malpensa also stop.
Everywhere, assures the union, the guarantee bands will be respected: in Rome, vehicles are insured from the first runs until 8am and from 30pm to 17pm. The administration has ordered the opening of the daytime Ztl in Trastevere and the historic centre.
In Milan, the service in area C is suspended for the whole day. Guaranteed slots from the start of the journey at 8:45 and from 15 to 18. In Turin, service guaranteed from 6 to 9 and from 12 to 15.
