Brunello, Chianti, Orcia and unspoiled nature are the protagonists of the "Vendemmia Experience" sensory experience that takes place in a small sixteenth-century village in the Sienese countryside, the Fattoria del Colle di Trequanda, by Donatella Cinelli Colombini, in the last two weekend of September and the first two of October.

The journey into this fascinating world will take place in the company of authoritative wine experts, Leonardo Romanelli, Leonardo Taddei and Franco Pallini who will introduce the secrets of Sangiovese, illustrating the history of wine in Tuscany and how the great reds of this land are born.

In harvest time, an ancient ritual that heralds the arrival of autumn, it will be possible to live a full experience with a thousand facets, visiting the vineyards, touching the bunches and learning to taste the grapes to understand the level of ripeness, but above all by participating to the harvesting and subsequent vinification of the grapes, tasting musts, wines and reserves and meeting the winemakers of the all-female team of Donatella Cinelli Colombini's cellar, for advice on how to make the experience even more special, trying to become a "winemaker for un giorno” with the creation of its own Supertuscan.

A way to meet new winelover friends, enter the history of the cellars and share the commitment to qualitative excellence. The exclusive seminars of the super-experts Leonardo Romanelli, Leonardo Taddei and Franco Pallini will give winelovers the guidelines to understand the evolution of the nectar of Bacchus, internalize its history and learn about its production specificities.

An experiential proposal in which teaching merges with entertainment on wine, aimed at wine enthusiasts on vacation who, when they then get to taste, after having first-hand retraced the journey of the grape from the branch to the bottle, will experience the moment in an even more more suggestive.

The aromas and history of Sienese enology will then accompany the authentic flavors of the area, and in particular those proposed in a traditional dinner based on bean soup, pinci with ancient Tuscan sauce, sliced ​​Chianino beef and fig tart, accompanied by IGT Toscana Sanchimento, Leone Rosso and Brunello Prime Donne 2015.

So four weekends – 18/20 and 25/27 September, 2/4 and 9/11 October – to experience the healthy environment of organic vineyards, an unforgettable experience dedicated to the origins of the great red wines of Tuscany.
