The shareholders' meeting of Snam Rete Gas appointed the new board of directors for the next three years. The Board, in turn, confirmed the presidency Carlo Malacarne (who also remains CEO of the parent company Snam) and appointed Paul Mosa in charge of ad. The Board "thanks" the outgoing manager, Francesco Iovane, "for the precious collaboration and the results achieved by the company over the years", reads a note.
A graduate in mechanical engineering, Mosa leaves his position as managing director of Italgas, a position he held since March 2010. In his place, the Board of Directors of Italgas appointed Luca Schieppati, nuclear engineer, who in turn leaves the position of general manager of operations of Snam Rete Gas, a position he held since January 2012.
