Valtur, Bonomi takes control of the holiday villages

Investindustrial takes control of the Valtur group. The investment company led by Andrea Bonomi has reached an agreement for the acquisition which also provides for the maintenance of a minority stake by the Ljuljdjuraj family.

The overall project envisages the “consolidation of Valtur's leadership in Italy in the resort segment – ​​reads a note – and the strengthening of the brand's presence in the Mediterranean”.

In this context, Investindustrial has also signed an agreement with Prelios sgr to acquire the real estate ownership of three resorts (Ostuni, Pila and Marilleva) already operated by the Valtur group and has signed a lease agreement with Antirion sgr ensuring the management of the Valtur group Tanka Village resort in southern Sardinia.
