Water utilities and climate, Agici Observatory conference on the 29th in Milan

The OSWI's first Annual Workshop – Observatory for a Sustainable Water Industry – which focuses on the strategies of Italian water utilities to face the growing challenges of climate change. The two Observatory Studies will be presented at the opening: the first, by AGICI, consists of a strategic and financial benchmark of the 55 largest water utilities; thethe second, by Home Assistance, consists of an empirical analysis, conducted with interviews on the awareness and behavior of Italians on the subject of integrated water service.  

After the presentation of the studies, ABB and Schneider Electric will discuss the prospects for technological evolution for the sector. Below the leaders of Acqua Campania and Romagna Acque will address the theme of the impacts of climate change from the particular perspective of water sources managers. This will be followed by a round table dedicated to the strategies of integrated water service managers with the top management of ACEA, EGEA, HERA, IREN, MM and SMAT. ARERA and Utilitalia will close the Workshop.
