Usa, for 44% of Americans the economy was "better before Obama"

This is the result of a poll conducted by Bloomberg - "We are going in the wrong direction" - Republicans are trying to ride the wave, but the numbers still prove them wrong.

Usa, for 44% of Americans the economy was "better before Obama"

It was better when it was worse. And Americans are worse off with Obama. Not all, however, only 44%. This is the result of a survey conducted by Bloomberg News, which asked respondents to evaluate the performance of the economy over the past two years. That is to say since – according to what they say – the recovery began.

Result, bad news for the White House: two-thirds of citizens believe that the United States is going in the wrong direction and are pessimistic about the long-term prospects. But everything is relative and historical contingencies sometimes have paradoxical effects on our lives. An example: when Ronald Reagan was in the White House, the unemployment rate was higher than today (at 10,8%, compared to 9,1% today), but the percentage of Americans who viewed conditions with distrust economy of the country was much less.

To the Republicans it doesn't seem real and conservative deputies are flocking to try to exploit popular discontent by railing against Obama's excessive public spending. Indeed, most citizens (and 4 out of 10 Democrats) approve of the federal spending cuts and tax cuts demanded by the elephant party. But since everything is relative, Americans continue to prefer their President's economic vision over that of the opposition. Popular support for Republicans on the economy is even lower, at just 37%.
