Industrial orders down in the United States. This is confirmed by the data released by the US Department of Commerce, which, for the month of June, show a decrease of 0,8%. The result is however better than that expected by analysts, whose forecasts anticipated a more marked decline, equal to 1%. This is the second decline recorded in the last three months.
In detail, orders for capital goods, net of the defense sector and excluding means for the aviation sector, grew by 0,4%, while net of transport, the figure showed an increase of 0,1%.
