The alert in the skies is growing after the escalation of Iran-US tensions and 5 major international airlines have decided to change their routes. Lufthansa, British Airways, KLM, United Airlines, Qantas, Singapore Airlines e Malaysia Airlines have announced that their planes will not fly over the Strait of Hormuz and the Gulf of Oman. Same decision also by Alitalia. The planes of the former national airline will avoid flying over the area at the center of tensions between the US and Iran. In detail, there will be two interesting flights, the Delhi-Rome and the Rome-Delhi.

The purpose of the companies is to avoid dangers for passengers in a moment of very high tension between the parties after theU.S. drone downed. This morning the New York Times revealed that the American president, Donald Trump would have approved a series of attacks against Iran, decision then withdrawn through a quick countermand.
