UnipolSai Insurance has sold its entire stake in Sorin, Equal to 4,565% of the share capital, for 2,81 euro per share, equal to a total value of approx 61,4 million euro.
The operation, explains the company, was carried out through an accelerated book building procedure aimed exclusively at qualified investors in Italy and at foreign institutional investors. The settlement of the operation is expected on 21 April next.
Opening today the title in MY BAG ofmedical device manufacturer drops 1,7%, to €2,86, while that of Unipolsai drops 0,36%, to €2,744.
