The industrial integration between Unipol and Fonsai, from which the second Italian insurance company was born, the first in the non-life sector, is still in progress, but the results can already be seen. Words from Carlo Cimbri, CEO of the Unipol/Sai group, who spoke today at the company's balance sheet meeting, the first after the merger.

UnipolSai, which became operational on 6 January, achieved a net profit of €2013m in 694 and from 22 January next will pay a dividend of €0,19559 for each ordinary share held.
