Unipol Gruppo Finanziario announces the start of a partial exchange offer up to a maximum amount of €500m, proposing to the holders of the securities representing the debenture loan denominated “€750,000,000 5.00 per cent. Notes due 11 January 2017” to exchange the securities for a new bond issue maturing in March 2021.
The new bonds will be listed on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The offer period, which begins today, will end on 26 February 2014. The settlement date of the Exchange Offer has been set for 5 March 2014.
