The deadline for the exclusive negotiations of the integration project between Unipol and the Ligresti family has been extended to 27 January. The decision was taken on the basis of the option provided for in the letter of intent signed between the parties on 13 January.
This was communicated in a Unipol note, which then states that the extension is also valid for "the conclusion of the verification activity by Unipol currently underway at Premafin, Fondiaria Sai and Milano Assicurazioni".
A little less than an hour after the opening of the markets, Unipol shares lost more than two and a half points on the Stock Exchange.
