As expected, the auction of the unopted rights of the 1,1 billion euro capital increases by Unipol and Fonsai has been postponed to the end of August. Indeed, as it emerged in the last few days, the banks of the guarantee consortium headed by Mediobanca have decided to postpone the date so as not to overlap the operation with the August holidays.
A precise date has not yet been set, but it is being assumed for Monday 27 August. Meanwhile, tomorrow, the CEO of Unipol, Carlo Cimbri, will meet the first line of managers of the Fonsai group to illustrate the integration project.
