Unipol acquires 26,55% of Milano Assicurazioni savings shares

The consideration paid was equal to 0,8425 euro per share, which means a total outlay of approximately 22,9 million euro. The settlement of the operation will take place on 14 August 2013.

Unipol acquires 26,55% of Milano Assicurazioni savings shares

Unipol bought 27.201.199 savings shares di Milan Insurance, Equal to Present in several = 26,55% of category capital. The transaction was concluded as part of the "reverse accelerated book-building" procedure launched yesterday afternoon and aimed exclusively at qualified investors in Italy and foreign institutional investors. Unipol communicates it in a note.

The consideration for the purchase was equal to 0,8425 euro per share, which means a total outlay of approximately 22,9 million euro. The settlement of the transaction will take place on 14 August 2013. Mediobanca acted as sole bookrunner of the Transaction.

At the opening of Piazza Affari, the share of Unipol dropped almost one point, while that of Milano Assicurazioni lost 0,5%.
