Green light of Council of State to the decree establishing the register of civil unions of same-sex couples. In twenty days, the technical time necessary to consider the vacatio legis and to prepare things, the first unions in common will be able to be registered.

There are already 79 couples who today, on the first day in which it was possible to apply, have booked to start their own civil union constitution procedure. Once the whole process has been completed, the decree that gives the civil state officials all the indications and instructions for the celebration remains to be awaited.
