The group, through the subsidiary Uccmb, is the only banking intermediary specialized in the Justice branch and works for the dissemination of the Telematic Civil Process - The partial demerger projects of two company branches have been approved.

The action of Unicredit Credit Management Bank (UCCMB), Unicredit group, continues, in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, to increase the efficiencies of the Italian Courts, after a study conducted by DG-STAT recorded 412.699 pending proceedings in the Courts of 'Appeal, half of which are concentrated in Rome and Milan.

In this scenario, the intervention of UCCMB assumes great importance, which for some time has invested a lot of energy in the Justice branch and was the first to launch, as the only banking intermediary specialized in the matter, change management projects, stimulating and promoting change to achieve of a first objective: the entry into force of the mandatory, as at 30 June 2014, of the Telematic Civil Process.

“In the light of these data, the importance of UCCMB's intervention is confirmed, which was the first to believe and invest in Justice – stated CEO Dino Crivellari -. We have been working for some time to disseminate the Telematic Trial and the related e-justice services with the belief that reducing the duration of civil proceedings produces benefits for the entire economic and social fabric".

Meanwhile, the partial spin-off projects of the "No-core business" business unit of UniCredit Credit Management Bank SpA and of the business unit relating to the real estate compendium deriving from the former Capitalia operations of UniCredit Credit Management Immobiliare SpA in favor of UniCredit SpA have been approved by the Institute's Assemblies.
