Unicredit, union agreement on the 2023 productivity bonus: 2.200 euros for workers

Unicredit recognizes the eldest productivity e profitability expressed during 2023 and rewards its employees with a 2.200 €. It is the result of the agreement reached between First Cisl and other unions of credit with the Unicredit group for productivity bonus 2023.

Prize divided into three different disbursements

The workers of the credit institution will receive 1.000 euros gross in their paychecks, a sum which, if allocated to welfare, will guarantee a further "special welfare provision 2023" of 600 euros. To this figure must then be added a further welfare profitability 2023" of €511,30 for all workers, to be credited to the welfare account, designed specifically to intercept the exceptional profitability results achieved by the group. Finally, to the overall total of 2.111,30 euros, 88,70 euros are added as a dental insurance contribution, the total is therefore 2.200 euros.
