UniCredit Credit Management Bank launches the "Mortgage in Auction" installment calculation simulator, which allows you to calculate both the amount in relation to which it is mathematically possible to submit a loan request to UCCMB - indicating the amount of the installment that you think you can pay – both the amount of the installment that should be paid indicating the value of the property that you would like to purchase.
After carrying out the simulation, users can use the "Ask the Expert" function to find out their ability to repay installments and request a personalized quote. The customer will then be contacted by a specialist who will offer free advice on finding a tailor-made mortgage.
