Unicredit, success of debt auctions: amount to 350 million euros

Unicredit it reopened the 2012-2015 three-year bonds and managed to place its debt securities for 350 million euros out of an initial amount of 250 million. 

The placement of debt securities was issued by Ing, JPMorgan, Ubs and their own offices. 

The book of subscription applications has in fact garnered interest of almost 500 million euros, mainly from abroad (from French and German asset management and insurance groups). 

The debt security recognized a coupon of 4,375% and was issued at the re-offer price of 101,857 euros, ie with a premium of between 310 and 315 basis points over the mdiswap, compared to 390 basis points. 

With today's reopening, the amount of the three-year bond rises overall to 1,350 billion.
