UniCredit Subito Casa aims to record a positive net result from 2016, while this year it should get close to breaking even. This was stated by Gabriele Piccini, country chairman for Italy of UniCredit, during the presentation of some initiatives in the real estate sector.

UniCredit Subito Casa, a UniCredit group company specializing in real estate brokerage founded in March 2014, aims to achieve a market share of the real estate brokerage of more than 10% in 2018 which would translate into revenues of over 100 million euro. The company has 80 employees and works with 500 real estate agents throughout the country.

Piccini then confirmed that to date UniCredit has disbursed "almost half" of the funds obtained from the ECB in the Tltro operation which saw the institute participate in Italy for 7,4 billion.
