The rating agency Standard & Poor's yesterday confirmed UniCredit SpA's long-term 'BBB' and short-term 'A2' ratings, the outlook remains negative. The rating agency believes that the impact of 2013 results on capital is manageable and that the increase in coverage has strengthened the balance sheet.
At the same time the individual rating (“SACP” = stand-alone rating profile) was confirmed at 'bbb'. Debt ratings remain unchanged. The full text of S&P's press release is available on the agency's website: www.standardandpoors.com.
